AUTHORTTY Sectbn of the Garfield County Unifed Land Use Resolution of 2008, as anended, alkilus this type of application via an administrative permit with the Dircctor of Building and Planning issuing a determination of whether the application mmflies wi$t Code requirements. The Code does stipulate that an amendment may be made to a recorded plat, if such arnendment'does not 1) increase the number of subdivision lots or drelling units, or 2) result in the mdjor relocation of a road or add new roads.
