Re-subdivision Plat-Aspen Gbn, Filing, Lot D-30

Dear Mr. Striefel,
This lefrer is provkled to you as the owner of Lot D-30 and Applicant for a
requested re.subdivision of Lot D-30 to create two separate parcels abng the
common wall of the duplex struc'ture. A request for a re-suMivision Plat hrough
and AdminisFative Review prcoess has been completed and a Director
Determination is hereby issued regarding the request to create Lot D-'30A and
Lot D308. The Director Determination is to approve the applicatbn su$ect to
the folkuring conditions:
That all repreentations of the Applicant either within the application or stated
at the meeting before the Board, shall be considered conditions of approval.
That prior to scheduling the plat for Board of County Gommissioner slgnature,
the applicant shall make the staff required plat changes itemized in emails on
May 10h and 11t', 2010 from Ptanning Staff and County Surveyor.
\Mithin 90 days of approval, the Amended Plat shall be shall be signed by the
Chairman of fie Board of Gounty Commissloners and recorded in the office of
the Garfeld County Cbrk ard Recorder. The Plat shall meet the minimum
CRS standards for land survey plats, as required by Colorado state law, and
approved by the County Surveyor.
The Land Use Resolution requires notification to the Board of County
Gommissioners for their review and pobntial calLup of the application for public
hearing and a period of 10 days for their review of the documentation. Once that
10 dap expires without request for call-up, the Applicant shall submit the mylar
and associated documentation.

The Board of County Gommissioners may call-up the application for review
within {0 calendar days (on or prior to June 1, 2O1Ol. The timeframe
commences from the date of determination. The Amended Final Plat mylar
will be scheduled on the BOCC consent agenda for signature and
recording if no request for furtrer consideration is received and once frte
conditions of approval have been met
