The amendedplat shall be submiaedwith a narrative explanation of the reasonfor the application and the eonsent of all land owners involved to the Garfield County Planning Departmentfor review and comparisonwiththe praiously recorded plat... The purpose of amending the plat is to add a lot line down the center of the duplex, which has already been constructed. In this instance, the addition of the lot line will create an additional lot. However, the firther division of Lot D42is consistent withthe preliminary plan approval. The County Surveyor, Sam Phelps, has received the amended plat for review. To date, no comments have been received. Based on these findings, Staff recommends that the LotD4z, Aspen Glen Filing 1, Amended Plat be conceptually approved and that the Board authorize the applicant to have the original mylar prepared for final signatures.
