of mineral owners of record of the property to be a part of the amended plat, and

may consist of proof described in Section 8:42(D) of the Subdivision Regulations),

2. APPLICAIIT understands and agrees that Garfield Cormty Resolution No. 98-09, as amendod,
establishes a fee schedule for each tSpe of zuMivision or land use review applications, and the guidelines for the
administration of the fee structure.
3. APPLICAIIT and COUNTY agree that because of the size, nature or scope of the proposed
project, it is not possible at this time to ascertain the full exte,lrt of the costs iryolved in processing the
application APPLICAITT agrees to make payrnent of the Base Fee, established for the PROJECT, and to
thereafter permit additional costs to be billed to APPLICAIIT. APPLICAIiT agrees to make additional
payments upon notification by the COUNTY when they are necessary as costs are incurred-
4. The Base Fee shall be in addition to and exclusive of any cost for publication or cost of consulting
service determined necessary by the Board of County Con:missioners for the consideration of an application or
additional COLJNTY staff time or expense not covered by the Base Fee. If actuat recorded costs exceed tbe
initial Base Fee,.APPLICAIIT shall pay additional billings to COUNTY to reimburse the COUNTY for the
p:ocessing of tlre PROJECT mentioned above. APPLICAIIT acknowledges that aI bi[ing shall be paid prior to
the finat consideration by the COUNTY of any land use permit, zoning amendmeut, or subdivision plan.

The purpose of this application is to amend the existing plat which was for a vacant
duplex lot in Aspen Glen to reflect the new to be completed duplex currently under
construction on the site. Aspen Glen D-43, LLC has been the owner of record since May
31,1996, and I, Terry Claassen, am one of the managers of that limited liability
company. I have attached a copy of the Warranty Deed from 1996 as well as the
Amended Plat as proposed. We are scheduled to close on the sale of both sides of the
duplex April 15, 2008, so your timely processing of this application would be greatly
appreciated.
