APPLICAIIT understands and agrees that Garfield Cormty Resolution No. 98-09, as amendod, establishes a fee schedule for each tSpe of zuMivision or land use review applications, and the guidelines for the administration of the fee structure. 3. APPLICAIIT and COUNTY agree that because of the size, nature or scope of the proposed project, it is not possible at this time to ascertain the full exte,lrt of the costs iryolved in processing the application APPLICAITT agrees to make payrnent of the Base Fee, established for the PROJECT, and to thereafter permit additional costs to be billed to APPLICAIIT. Aspen Glen D-43, LLC has been the owner of record since May 31,1996, and I, Terry Claassen, am one of the managers of that limited liability company. I have attached a copy of the Warranty Deed from 1996 as well as the Amended Plat as proposed.
