3. STAFF RECOMMENDATION
The Applicant has provided all required documentation and has satisfted the applicable
standards for a plat amendment. Therefore, Staff recommends the Board of County
Commissircnens, pursuant to $6:10 of the Subdivbion Regulations of 1984., as arnended,
approue thb amended plat reqrrct with tte folloving conditions:
That all representations of the Applicant, either within the appllcation or stated at tte
nreting before the Board, shall be considered conditions of approral.
