Re: Amended Final Plat. Lots B3 and B4. Aspen Glen
Dear Mark:
I am enclosing herewith a proposed Amended Final Plat for Lots 83 and 84, Aspen Glen,
Filing No. 1. As indicated in the plat note on the amended plat, the purposes of the amendment are
to make a slight adjustment in the conrmon lot line between the two lots and to amend the building
envelope on Lot 84. All changes are consistent with applicable zoning. Lot 84 is the site of the
existing Aspen Glen Reception Center (the original Seeburg Ranch House) and the adjustrnent in the
building envelope is appropriate to accommodate the existing sfucture.
This plat was prepared several weeks ago, but due to my own disorganization it got set aside
without submittal to you. We now have a contract to sell the Seeburg house (Lot 84) and the amended
plat needs to be approved and recorded prior to closing. I would therefore greatly appreciate it if you
could bring this matter to the Board's attention at your first opportunity.
