We will send to you today, via FedEx, the application materials to amend our property line with Dennis Murphy. In addition to the fee, the
package will include: 3 paper copies of the materials and 2 disk's containing the electronic versions of the surveys and paper documents.
The documents are as follows:
1. Cover letter explaining the request
2. Warranty deed for 12 Seeburg Circle / 624.41-r G iCtw.^ -ri/ 216 Diav j o f gp`r'c.4 i2
3. Application form and fee
4. Agreement to pay form
5. Statements of authority for the trusts of Susan and Norris Ewalt
6. Quit claim deed and General warranty deed for 21 E. Diamond A Ranch Road, Carbondale, Co 81623
7. Names and addresses of properties within 200 feet
8. Mineral ownership information from the County Clerk's office
9. Letters of authority from Dennis Murphy and Mike Sawyer
10. Copy of the existing plat for the two properties
11. Copy of the drafted amended final plat
12. The pre -application conference form i
Hopefully we have provided everything needed to amend our property line with Dennis.
