Certificate of Dedication and Ownership
The undersigned, and Norris D. Ewalt and Susan M.T. Ewalt, Trustees of the Norris D.
Ewalt and Susan M.T. Ewalt Trust and Dennis Murphy, being sole Owner(s) in fee
simple of all that real property situated in Garfield County, Colorado, described as
follows:
Lot D37A and Lot D37B according to the Amended Final Plat of Lot D37, Aspen Glen
Filing No. 1 as filed for record under Reception No. 754327, Couuty of Garfield, State of
Colorado.
containing 0.692 acres, mom or less, has [have] by these presents laid out and platted the
same as shown on this Pfat under the name and style of the "Second Amended Plat of
Lot D37, Aspen Glen Filing No. 1," a Subdivision Plat of lands in the County of
Garfield. The Owner docs hereby dedicate and set apart all of the streets and roads
as shown on the accompanying Plnt to the use of the public forever, and hereby
dedicate to the owners of the exemption lots those portions of said real property which
am labeled as utility easements on the accompanying Plat as perpetual easements for the
installation and maintennnce ofutilities, irrigation and drainage facilities including, but
not limited to, electric lines, gas lines and telephone lines, together with the right to trim
interfering trees and brush, with perpetual right of ingress and egress for installation and
maintenance of such lines. Such easement and rights shall be utilized in a reasonable
and prudent manner. All expense for street paving or improvements shall be furnished by
the seller or purchaser, not by the County of Gnrfield.
