Kathy,
The submission period for our amended final plat expires on July 15, 2015. As you know, Lot 37B is now
owned by Doug and Cheryl Polson. They, took possession on June 1, 2015 and are in full support of
proceeding with amending our joint property line. They have a mortgage with Englewood Mortgage
Company in Denver however Englewood intends to bundle their loan and sell the bundle in the near
future. Also, the Poison's expect to remain in Kansas and not move into their new home in Aspen Glen
until next year. Therefore, we are unable to obtain the required signatures of the Poison's and the new
lender until the Poison's are in town and the new lender is identified and has
received/reviewed/approved the submission materials for the amendment.
We are requesting an extension of our submission period to November 15, 2015. We will continue to
obtain our signatures as soon as they are available which hopefully will be well in advance of the
requested extension date.
On the Poison's behalf we expect to provide: the Poison's letter of authorization and copies of their
Deed to Trust and Warranty Deed in the near future. The revised plat will be submitted once the new
lender is identified. Should the Poison's property be held in trust I will call you to determine what trust
documents are needed.

Dear Norris;
As you are aware the Director of Community Development conditionally approved your request to
amend the common lot line between Lots D37A and D37B on February 27, 2015 . No call-up was
requested therefore the Director decision was final as of March 10, 2015.
Conditions of approval included:
• Within 90 days of this determination the Amended Plat shall be signed by the Chairman of the
Board of County Commissioners and recorded in the office of the Garfield County Clerk and
Recorder. The Plat shall meet the minimum CRS standards for land survey plats, as required by
Colorado state law.
We have received your request to extend the 90 days until July 15, 2015. Upon review of the
request it was determined to be appropriate, therefore the amended plat shall be signed by the
Board of County Commissioners by November 15, 2015. The Board schedule will require that the
plat be scheduled on the meeting date of November 9th in order to meet the required timeframe.
The signed plat mylar is due in the office of Community Development by the end of the day on
November 2nd

Partial Release Request letter of 10/715 & Request for extension to 3/15/16
Dear Kathy,
We are requesting an extension of our pending property line amendment for lots 37
A & B of Aspen Glen. I have attached the US, Bank letter to Doug & Cheryl Polson
which describes their review of our documents which is estimated to take 90 days.
Information to U.S.Bank was sent to the the Customer Service Research Dept. in
Eagan, Minnesota on October 25, 2015. We are currently awaiting their response.
As you know, since starting the amendment to our joint property line in November
2014, I have dealt with: two owners, Dennis Murphy and Doug/Cheryl Poison, two
lenders - Ocwen Financial Services of Waterloo, Iowa and Bank United_ Theses
dealings have involved considerable time and difficulty. All required County
Documents and signatures have been collected and submitted, The final document
its the mylar which has been signed by everyone required except U.S.Bank and the
officials of Garfield County. In the meantime, I have been iR most of November,
hospitalized, recuperated and finally getting back to this extension request to March
15, 2016.
Should U.S. Bank respond sooner than we expect, I will pursue the remaining
signatures as soon as possible. Thank you for reviewing our request. Please let me
