Dear Mark:
In accordance with previous discussions with you and Don Deford I have enclosed herewith
two copies of a proposed 2nd Amended Plat Golf Clubhouse Parcel Aspen Glen, Filing No. 1,
Garfield County, Colorado. Also enclosed are two copies of aTd Amended Plat Golf Course Parcel
No. 5, Aspen Glen Filing No. 1. You will recall that the 2od Amended Plat of Golf Course Parcel
No. 5 is necessary because wo are adding what is the championship tee of Hole #10 to the applicable
golf course parcel. We request that both of the enclosed Amended Final Plats be considered by the
Board of County Commissioners at its meeting on November 17,1997 when we understand we are
already on the agenda for consideration of the Final Plat for Roaring Fork Mesa at Aspen Glen,
Filing No. 2.
Creation of Riverfront Club Villa Tract A as depicted on the 2"d Amended Plat Golf
Clubhouse Parcel, will require construction of that portion of Riverglen from its intersection with
Bald Eagle Way to the boundary line of Riverfront Club Villa Tract A. The applicant will also
construct the necessary utilities to provide service to this Tract. I have therefore also enclosed two
copies of construction drawings showing the road and utilities in question, together with a cost
estimate for such subdivision improvements. I propose that in connection with the County's
approval of the 2nd Amended Plat Golf Clubhouse Parcel, the applicant and the County enter into a
subdivision improvements agreement in order to provide assurance that the road and utilities
necessary to access Riverfront Club Villa Tract A will be completed.

ior yo* further information, essentially simultaneously with this submittal, Schmueser,
Gordon, Meyer will be submitting an application for preliminary plan approval to re-subdivide
Riverfront Club Villa Tract A into eleven single family residential lots.
I am unaware of any application fee associated with the review of amended final plats, but
if a fee is applicable, please let me know and we will remit immediately. As always, please contact
me with any questions or corrments you may have about the enclosed. Thank you very much for
