The Aspen Glen Design Review Committee has reviewed and approved the lot line adjustment between Lots 1 & 2. The DRC has also review and approved the construction of duplex residential structures on each lot. The DRC understands that in order to divide the property for ownership purposes that a subdivision review and final plat must be recorded. The submitted application sent February 20, 2009 and the Second Amended Final Plat A Resubdivision of Lot 1 and 2 dated 2/3/09 is consistent with the DRC review and approval and therefore the DRC has no further comment. ely, Leslie Lamont, Administrator Aspen Glen Design Review Committee 0080 Bald Eagle Way Carbondale, CO 81623 Tel: (970) 963-3362 Email:Ilamont@sopris.net
