These proposed amended plats are being submitted on behalf of Aspen Glen Golf Company. In performing an as-built survey of the Aspen Glen Golf Course and comparing that survey to the various final plats of property within Aspen Glen, we discovered some minor inconsistencies between final plats of the golf course and final plats of adjacent residential property" In each case, the purpose of the Amended Final Plat is to conform the exterior boundary of the golf course property to the exterior boundaries of contiguous residential property. I am also enclosing with this letter a copy of the completed Amended Plat Application Form for each parcel with our checks, each in the amount of $140.00, applicable filing fee. It is my understanding that you will submit these applications for2"d amended final plats to the Board of County Commissioners for consideration at the fiist available opportunity.
