DESCRIPTION OT THE PROPOSAL

Section 6:10 of the Subdivision regulations states that an amendment may be made to a recordod plag if such
ame,ndment does not l) increasethe number of subdivision lots or dwelling units, 2) restrlt inthernajmrelocatim
of a road or add new roads or 3) result in the relocation of properly lines between more than two adjacent
properties.
Staffnotes that this request will not result in any of the ttree aforementioned standards and the eligibility for an
Amendedplat r€quest are met.
III. STAIT'RECOMMENDATION
The Applicant has provided all required documentation and has satisfied the applicable standards for a plat
ame,lrdment. Therefore, the Planning Staffrecommends that the Board of County Commissioners, pursuant to
Section 6:10 of the Subdivision Regulations of 1984, as amendo{ approve this amended plat request with the
following conditions:
That atl representations of the Applicant, either within the application or stated at the meeting before the
Boar{ shall be co.nsidered conditions of approval.
That the owner of the adjacent property (also, Aspe,n Glen Golf Club Managsmem Company) ransfaringthe
0.205 acres to this Amended Plat shall complete and file a Boundary Line Adustrnent applica[ion with the
Garfield Courty Planning Departn€,ltt.
Within 90 days of approval, the Amended Final Plat shall be reviewed (paper copy), then signed and dated
(mylar copy) by the County Surveyor, than signed and dated by the Chairman of the Board and recorded in
the Clerk and Recorder's OfIice of Garfield County. The Amended Final Plat shall meet the minimum CRS
standards for land sr.rvey plats, as required by Colorado state law, and approved by the Cotrnty Sr.uveyor and
shall inclnde at a minimwrL the information outlined in Section 5:22 of the Garfield County Subdivision
Regulations.

survey plats, as required by Cotorado state law, and approved by the County Surveyor and
includes, at a mininnr4 the infonnation outlined in Section 5:22 of the Garfield County
Subdivision Regulations.
Staffreconrmends that the Chairman ofthe Board sign the mylar as presented which sttall be
zubsequeirtly recorded in the Clerk and Recorder's Office of Garfield County.
