Garfield County Courthouse Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 Amendment to Final Plat, Aspen Glen, Filing No. I Dear Mark: As we have prwiously discussed, a number of parcels included within the presently recorded Final Plat for Aspen GlerL Filing No. 1, require arnendmelil. The great majority of these amendments occur on Golf Course parcels as depictedon the Filing No. I Final Plat and are required because of the Jack Nicklaus redesign of the Aspen Glen Golf Course and the resultant changes in location of easements and parcel boundaries. TL the extent that any of these Final Plat amendments required rezoning, the Board of County Commissioners approved such rezoning by Resolution 96-06, dated February 5, 1996 and recorded February g,1996 as Reception No. 488797. I have attached a copy of that Resolution for your convenience. We have tried to present all the changes on as few amended Final Plats as possible, but because of the number of changes, eight amended plats are still necessary. We are therefore submitting with this letter four copies of each of the following: A. Amended Plat, Golf course Parcels I and2, Aspen Glen, Filing No. l; B. Amended Plat, Golf Course Parcel 3, Aspen Glen, Filing No' l; C. Amended Plat, Golf Course Parcel 4 and Open Space, Aspen Glen, Filing No. l; D. Amended Plat, Golf Clubhouse Parcel and Golf Course Parcel 5, Aspen Glen, Filing No. I E. Amended Plat, Golf Course Parcels 6 and 7, Aspen Glen, Filing No. l; F. Amended Plat, Golf Course Parcel 8, Aspen Glen, Filing No' 1; G. Amended Plat, Golf course Parcel 9, Aspen Glen, Filing No. l; and H. Amended Plat, Golf Course Parcel l0 and Open Space, Aspen Glen, Filing No' l. Re: Mark Bean, Director January 3, 1997 Page2 We have also enclosed four copies of a document entitled "Revision to Final Plat - Filing No. 1" which sunmarizes by reference to the various Golf Course Parcels the modifications to the oristing Filing No. I Final Plat and the reason for each change. Finally, we have enclosed our check in the amount of $100.00 which we understand to be the submittal fee for these amended Final Plats. Hopefully, you will not find this submittal unnecessarily confusing. Gary Lattig the Supervisor of Construction for Aspen Glen, has been in charge of making sure that these Final Plat amendme,nts are consistent with what has been constructed on the ground. Both Gary and I would welcome the opportunity to sit down with you and walk through the changes and answer any questions you may have. As we have discussed, we would greatly appreciate it if these Final Plat amendments could be scheduled for consideration by the Board of County Commissioners on either February 3 or February 10,1997, simultaneously with the Board's consideration of the Final Plat for Aspen Glen, Filing No. 2, also submitted to you on this date.
