This letter is to confirm that the Aspen Glen Design Review Committee (DRC) has
reviewed, at their regular meeting April 22,2A09, a proposed plat amendment to adjust
the building e,nvelope of lot 15-08/0083 Idian Paint Brush. Tb lot is an improved lot
with a single family home and the purpose for the adjrument is to e:rteod a roof over the
patio aod create a se,mi-enclosod hck patio.
The DRC sent notice to property owner:s within the vicinity of the project site regarding
the proposed plat amendment and a sign was posted outhe site noting th dat€ and time
of tbe DRC meeting. No objections have been noted to the proposed adjustmemfi- The
DRC does recommend to the GarEeld County BOCC approval of the proposed plat
amendment as proposed on the Tuttle Survey e,ntitled: Amended Plat I.ot $-08, Aspen
Glen, FilingNo. 2 datdApil 29,2N9.
The DRC requested and the applicant agreed to adjust the building envelope to just the
area of the extended patio and roof. The DRC supports amending a building envelope to
fit a site specific plan and typically does not sup,port an adjtrsment to the entire bouodary
ifthat adjushent is unnecessary.
