Myprimary rcsidence is on lot WP8, Aspen Gleru Filing No. 3. Last year I purchased the adjacent propeflI, Lot WP7, Aspen Gleru Filing No. 3. I took this action to ensure my privapy and maintain my views. At this time I would like to combine the two .5 acre lots into one 1.0 acre lot. To do this I propose eliminating the property bormdary between WP7 and WP8 as well as the building envelop on WP7. To facilitate this change I have enclosed two (2) copies ofthe following documentation: 1. Garfield County "Amended and Corrected Plats Application" 2.
