records of the Garfield County Clerk and Recorder.

Glen, Fifing No. 5, is subject to all terms and conditions of {i) the Moster
Dec/oration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Aspen Glen recorded

Resiriclions for Aspen Glen, !he real property depicted and described on the
within Final Plat is annexed to and made a part of the Aspen Glen Community
Area.
