2. APPLICAI.IT understands and agees that Garfield County Resolution No. 98-09, as amended
establishes a fee schedule for each tlpe of suMivision or land use review applications, and the guidelines for
the adminishation of the fee stnrcture.
3. APPLICANT and COIINTY 4gree that because of the size, nature or scope of the proposed
project it is not possible at this time to ascertain the full e:rtent of the costs involved in processing the
application. APPLICANT agrees to make payment of the Base Fee, established for the PROJECT, and to
thereafter permit additional costs to be billed to APPLICANT. APPLICANT agrees to make additional
payments upon notification by the COLINTYwhen they are necessary as costs are incurred.
4. The Base Fee shall be in addition to and exclusive of any cost for publication or cost of
consulting service determined necessary by the Board of County Commissioners for tile consideration of an
application or additional COLTNTY stafftime or expense not covered by the Base Fee. If actual recorded costs
exceed ttre initial Base Fee, APPLICANT shall pay additional billings to COUNfy to reimburse the COLNTY

This letter is to confirrr that the Aspen Gten Design Review Qemmittee has rwiewed the
proposed building envelop adjustment for Lot H-UN62 Horseshoe I"ane in Aspen Glen
at their meeting February l,ZW6. firis review considered an adjustment to the building
envelop that proposed to increase the btrilding envelop on the north side of the property
and to decrease the orvelope at the northwest corner of the property. The submitted plan,
dated 2l0llh6, indioates that the proposed adjustment does not encroach into the setbacks
established for this property and representations to that effect were also made during the
DRC rwiew. According to Resolntion 92-056, the approvd ofthe Aspen GIen PUD, tle
rear yard setback for tle Yz acre zone district is 20 feet.
The DRC posted the site and mailed notico to adjacent property owners including the
owner ofH-20. No comments were received from noticed property owners.
The DRC recommends to the Garfield County Board of County Commissioners approval
of the proposed adjustment to the rear elevation including the reductior on the back
northwest corner as indicated onthe srbmitted plans dated 2l0ln6.
