1. BACKGROUND ATTID DESCRPTION OF THE PROPOSAL
John MuirArcfiitech, representing James and Ann Kenney is requestirp an amendmentto
the fi nal plat of the Homeetead at Aspen Glen PUD, Lot H-22, to incre.ase the rear building
envelope and decrease the northwest @mer envelope. The proposed changes are as
follorvs
1. A portion of the rear envelope will increase by 10 feet.
2. Aportion of the Northvyet @mer envelope will decrease in size.
3. Front and other side yard is unchanged.
Theploposed envelope is in conformanoe to the sctbad<s in tre urdedyirg rcne digtrid as
set forth in the Aspen Gbn PUD (Resoltfrion 92456).
The Aspen Glen Deslgn Review Committee (DRC) has revieurcd the proposed bullding
envelope ctrangc. The DRC has stated thc proposed changes is consistent with the
under$lng dimensbnal requiremento, ard have no objection to the change.
