Certification of Dedication and Ownership:
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Charles Mccurry and Carol McCurry
being sole owner(s) in fee simple of all that real property described as:
Lot H 28, Aspen Glen, Filing No_ 7, County of Garfield, State of Colorado
according to the Plat thereof recorded September 23, 1999 as Reception No.
552596 1n the Garfield County Clerk and Recorders Office.
Said parcel contains 0.53 acres more or less; have by these presents laid
out. platted and subdivided the 8ame into a lot as shown hereon and
designate the same as Amended Plat of Lot H 28, Aspen Glen, Filing No. 7,
1n the County of Garfield, State of Colorado.
That said owner does hereby dedicate to the Public Utilities those portions
of said real property which are labeled as utility easements on the
accompanying plat as perpetual easements for the installation and
maintenance of utilities, irrigation, and drainage facilities, including but not
limited to electric lines, gos lines, telephone lines; together with the right lo
trim interfering trees and brush; with perpetual right of ingress and egres8
