Resolution (ULUR) of 2008.
Submit a completed and signed Application Form, an application fee, and a signed Agreement
for Payment form.
A narrative explaining the purpose of the application and supporting materials that address the
standards and criteria found in Article Vll of the Unified Land Use Resolution of 2008.
Copy of the deed showing ownership. Additionally, submit a letter from the property owner(s) if
the owner is being represented by another party other than the owner. lf the propefi_is owned
by a corporate entity (such as an LLC, LLLP, etc.) please submit a copy of recorded " Statement

Dear Fred,
This letter is to confirm that the Aspen Glen Design Review Committee (DRC) has
reviewed, at their regular meeting May 6, 2009, aproposed plat amendment to eliminate
lot RFM-21, a vacant lot, and divide the land between Lot RFM-20 and Lot RIM'22
which are both improved with single family homes. The DRC sent notice to property
owners within the vicinity of the project site regarding the proposed plat amendment and
a sign was posted on the site noting the date and time of the DRC meeting. No objections
have been noted to the proposed adjustment. The DRC does recommend to the GarfiEld
County BOCC approval of the proposed plat amendment as proposed on the Amended
Final Plat of Lot 20,Lot2I, andLot22 dated April 29,2009.
It was represented to the DRC and is noted on the draft plat under Legends and Notes that
the "sole purpose of this amended plat is to dissolve Lot2l and remove its building
envelope." However, the applicant did not propose to adjust the building envelopes of
Lot RFM-20 or LotRFM-zz and the DRC does not recommend approval of amending
the building envelopes for Lot RFM-20 or Lot RFM-22. The public notice to
surroturding property owners also did not include building envelope adjustments. If the
property owners desire to adjust the building envelopes based upon a site specific plan
the DRC will consider an application for an amendment at that time.
