Quaker Lubbock, TX 79413 DIRECTOR DETERMINATION Amended Final Plat - Roaring Fork Mesa at Aspen Glen, Lotrs 20, 21 arfr 22 Garfield County File Number FPAA3409 Dear Mr. & Mrs. Forcman, This letbr is provided to you as the authorized representative for the owners / applicants of Roaring Fork Mesa at Aspen Glen, Lots 20, 21 and 22. A request for an Administrative Review for an Amended Final Plat has been completed and a Direc-tor Determination is hereby issued regarding the request to vacate Lot21 and the related building envelope, incorporating the lot area into the two adjacent parcels. The Director Determination is to approve the amendment subiect of the following onditions: 1. The amended plat must comply with staff comments emailed to Ttttb Surveying Services on July 1, 2009; 2. The County Surueyor commerG must be resolved and any neoessary corrections made to the survey prior to submittal of the amended plat. 3. The mnected mylar, with applicable signatures and recording fees, must be submitted within 30 days of this determination. County staff will complete the notice requirement to the Board of County Commissionersi and adjacent property owners. This requirement provides notie regarding the decision and allovrrs a 144ay "call-up period" should any of those entities desire a public hearing before the Board of County Commissioners.
