Let me know if you need anything additional from me -- this is the last step in receiving our amended final plat approval from the County. 1 Thanks, Flynn Stewart- Severy Project Manager Theodore K Guy Associates PC 970- 927 -3167 On Jul 26, 2013, at 9:24 AM, Flynn Stewart- Severy wrote: Tillmon, We have called in the Utility Locates for Lot 29 and 30 in Aspen Glen. The physical addresses on these properties are 0017 Royal Coachman and 0023 Royal Coachman. You requested to be contacted once the locates took place. I did not see any Xcel flags in the easement, but am assuming you need to verify this personally. Please let me know if you need anything else prior to receiving our easement approval from Garfield County. But Xcel Energy will require you to call in for utility locates on the property to field verify that there are no Xcel Energy facilities in the existing easement that you are trying to vacate. After the utility locates are complete contact me to go over the locate marks. If the locates do not show anything within the easement, Xcel Energy has no objections to the lot line adjustment. If there are Xcel Energy facilities in the existing easement you will need to retain the easement or pay to relocate the facilities and grant a new easement. Let me know if you need anything else at this time.
