Certification of Dedication and Ownership.
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Enis and Koren Alldredge being sole owners in
fee simple of all that real property described os: Lots 34 and 35, Roaring Fork Mesa
of Aspen Glen, Filling No.2, County of Garfield, State of Colorado.
Said parcel contains 0.718 acres more or less; have by these presents
laid out, platted, and subdivided the some into a lot as shown
hereon and designate the same as Consolidated Lot 34/35, Roaring Fork Mesa at
Aspen Glen, Filing No. 2, in the County of Garfield, State of Colorado.
That said owner does hereby dedicate and set apart all of the
streets and roods as shown on the accompanying plat to the use of
the public forever, and hereby dedicate to the Public Utilities
those portions of said real property which are labeled as utility
easements on the accompanying plat as perpetual easements for the
installation and moidtenance of utilities, irrigation, and
drainage focilitie , including but not limited to electric lines,
gas lines, tele a lines; together with the right to trim
interfering s a brush; with perpetual right of ingress and
egress f in tollati and maintenance of such lines. Such

The purpose of the within Boundary Line Adjustment Plot is to eliminate the
property line between Lot 34 and Lot 35, as depicted on the Final Plot
Roaring Fork Mesa at Aspen Glen, Filing 2, recorded ------------ as Reception No.
and thereby consolidate said Lot 34 and Lot 35 into o single lot which
shall henceforth be described as Consolidated Lot 34/35, Roaring Fork Mesa
at Aspen Glen, Filing 2, according to the within Boundary Line Adjustment Plot.
Acceptance of the within Boundary Line Adjustment Plot and the dedication of
the drainage easement made hereon, constitutes (i) on abandonment, release
and relinquishment of the drainage and irrigation and 7.5' wide utility and drainage
easement depicted as being upon each side of the property line which is
hereby eliminated, and (ii) the relocation of said drainage and irrigation
easement to the location shown hereon and (iii) on abandonment of the
building envelope of Lot 35.
