The boundary text size for this map should be at least L100. 2. This boundary does not close, I suspect the line segment along the Westerly boundary labeled N 78'10'58" W 40.58' is the problem. 3. The Amended Lot 15 should take on a new designation such as "Lot 15A" with the acreage defining the total new area — 9.523 ac.
