Dear Fed,
Upon review of the Amended Final Plat Lot 15 Canyon Creek Estates, I have prepared a
list of comments or corrections to be made prior to approval for survey content and form.
The boundary text size for this map should be at least L100.
2. This boundary does not close, I suspect the line segment along the Westerly
boundary labeled N 78'10'58" W 40.58' is the problem.
3. The Amended Lot 15 should take on a new designation such as "Lot 15A"
with the acreage defining the total new area — 9.523 ac.
Once these comments have been addressed, the surveyor may prepare the mylar
for record pending further requirements from your office
