Dear Mr. and Mrs. Fergen;
The Community Development Department is in receipt of an application to amend the
lot line for the above referenced parcel. This amendment is necessary to be completed
in conjunction with a Boundary Line Adjustment (BLA) for the adjacent parcel of land
owned by Cindy Crandall. Together these two applications will allow for a transfer of
.14 -acres from Lot 15 to the adjacent parcel.
Review of the submittal materials for technical completeness with the Land Use
Development Code, 2013 (LUDC) has resulted in a determination that additional
information is necessary. This information is related to the requirement to notify all
property owners within 200' of the subject site. In this instance the subject site is Lot
15, in its entirely, therefore the names and mailing addresses provided is incomplete.
Please measure 200 feet from the property line of Lot 15 and include all properties
within that area.
Please provide this additional information within 60 days so that we can proceed with
the review of this application.
