HomeMy WebLinkAbout3.0 Resolution 98-99111111 III 111111 1111111111 111111 11111111 111111 1111 535101 11/09/1998 09:50A 81097 P207 M ALSDORF 1 of 2 R 0.00 D 0.00 GARFIELD COUNTY CO STATE OF COLORADO ) )ss County of Garfield ) At a regular meeting of the Board of County Commissioners for Garfield, Colorado, held at the Commissioners' Meeting Room, Garfield County Courthouse, in Glenwood Springs on Monday the 2nd day of November A.D., 1998, there were present: Marian Smith John Martin Larry McCown Don DeFord Mildred Alsdorf Ed Green , Commissioner Chairman , Commissioner , Commissioner , County Attorney , Clerk of the Board , County Administrator when the following proceedings, among others were had and done, -to -wit: RESOLUTION NO. 9 8- 9 9 A RESOLUTION CONCERNED WITH THE REINSTATEMENT OF THE FINAL PLAT FOR CERTAIN LOTS ON THE CANYON CREEK ESTATES P.U.D.FINAL PLAT WHEREAS, Robert Lazier (Lazier) entered into an amended Subdivision Improvements Agreement for the Canyon Creek Estates P.U.D.on March 7,1994 and was recorded in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Garfield County, Colorado on March 10,1994 as Reception No. 460221; and WHEREAS, Lazier agreed to complete certain public improvements within the subdivision by July 15,1994 and to have said improvements certified as being constructed in accordance with the requirements of the agreement by a professional engineer; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners vacated by Resolution No. 95-049 the Final Plat of the Canyon Creek Estates subdivision for parcels identified as Parcels No.2123 253 24 025 and No.2123 253 24 014 in the records of the Garfield County Assessor's office HM II 11111 1111 111111 11111 MI H 1111 111 535101 11/09/1998 09:50A B1097 P208 M ALSDORF 2 of 2 R 0.00 D 0.00 GARFIELD COUNTY CO NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado that parcels identified as Parcels No.2123 253 24 025 and No.2123 253 24 014 in the records of the Garfield County Assessor's office, are reinstated on the Final Plat of the Canyon Creek Estates subdivision, as those parcels are described in Resolution No. 95-049 of the records of the Garfield County Clerk and Recorders office.
