when the following proceedings, among others were had and done, to -wit:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-63
RESOLUTION CONCERNED WITH THE APPLICATION OF FOSTER
PETROLEUM CORPORATION FOR AMENDMENT TO RESOLUTION NO. 79-64.
WHEREAS, the' Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County,
Colorado, by its Resolution No. 79-64, conditionally approved the appli-
cation of Foster Petroleum Corporation for approval of rezoning and a
planned unit development plan for -Lake Springs Ranch, of Garfield County,
Colorado, upon conditions more fully set forth in said resolution, which
conditions were to have been satisfied within twelve months of the
adoption of said resolution, which resolution was later amended by the
provisions of Resolution No. 79-153; and
WHEREAS, the Board has been requested by Petitioners to extend
said date for a period of one year and to amend the said resolution by
providing for submittal of the required final plat with the time limited.
WHEREAS, the Board is satisfied that progress is being made toward
the satisfaction of the aforesaid conditions, but that satisfaction
thereof may not occur with the period originally limited; and
WHEREAS, the Board is satisfied that an extension of the limita-
tion heretofore established will not be inconsistent with the purposes
for which the limitation was included in Resolution Nos. 79-64 and 79-
153, and will not violate any concerns expressed at the hearing previously -
held by this Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Garfield County, Colorado, that the words "twelve months" occuring
in paragraph 1.(b) of the operative provisions of Resolution No. 79-64
of this Board be and hereby are amended to read "twenty-four months",
and that the words "in adequate time to assure final approval of this
Board" be and hereby are deleted from said paragraph.
