They built an addition onto their house in 1989-90, with acounty building pernit and with approval from the homeownersassociation. Later, they found out -tt their surprise that theiraddition encroached onto Lot B. The present owners of Lot g areMark and susie straus, who are represented by Hugh warder. . The parties have reached a settlement which would requj-re theadjustment of the lot line as shown in the attached *.p. werespectfully request that the County approve this adjustment. ftis only for an internal 1ot line, ana a6e= not affect lny easementsor rights of third parties.
