THE RANCH AT COULTER CREEK P.U.D.,COUNTY OF GARFIELD, STATE OF COLORADO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED JUNE 91.11, 2004 AS RECEPTION NUMBER 653768 IN THE GARFIELD COUNTY CLERK AND RECORDER'S OFFICE, HAS [HAVE] CAUSED THE DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY TO BE PLATTED AS SHOWN ON THE ACCOMPANYING PLAT UNDER THE NAME AND STYLE OF 1ST AMENDMENT OF FINAL PLAT OF THE RANCH AT COULTER CREEK P.U.D. SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF GARFIELD.
