Dear Kathy:
Attached are documents in response to your letter of February 24, 2016 addressing
deficiencies in the Plat Amendment application filed by the Ranch at Coulter
Creek Homeowners Association. I have also attached an electronic copy of these
documents. Here is an explanation of the response by point in your letter:
1. The signed authorization letters for Lots 18, 19 and 20 are attached. Please
note that Lot 19 sold to the owners of Lot 18 since I originally put the
application together. Consequently, I have also attached a new
Warranty Deed for Lot 19 and a new Title report for this lot.
2. I have attached Title Commitments for the land owned by the Ranch at
Coulter Creek Homeowners Association (seven parcels). I have also
attached a recorded Statement of Authority for the HOA.
3. The revised Plat is attached in accordance with our conversations and
correspondence.
4. The revised pre -application conference document is attached.
5. The CCR's that were submitted are the proposed version. I have attached
another copy marked Draft and have highlighted the proposed changes
that are relevant to the application.
6. The entire revised Plat (all 10 sheets) is attached.
7. I have attached a draft of the Certificate of Dedication and Ownership
according to conversations and correspondence with you, Bob Noone
and me.
8. I have attached a draft of the Lienholder Certificate according to
conversations and correspondence with you, Bob Noone and me.
