At that meeting, the Board authorized the Chairman to sign the Final Plat, the Subdivision Improvements Agreement (SIA), the Development Agreement, and the Document Escrow Agreement. In addition, it is the Board's understanding that the Garfield County Clerk and Recorder will hold, but not record, the Final Plat until the following items occur: 1) Fees in Lieu of Dedication of Land to RE-l School Dishict have been paid ($4,559.02); 2) Fire Protection Fees to Carbondale & Rural Fire Protection District have been paid ($10,a82.00); 3) Letter of Credit for Lnprovements described in the SIA has been submitted to Garfield County ($762,376.88); 4) Letter of Credit for Revegetation described in the SIA has been submitted to Garfield County ($1 10,000.00); and 5) The Order for Inclusion from Garfield County District Court has been submitted to Garfield County.
