THE SOIL ADSORPTION/DISPERSAL SYSTEMS SHOULD BE LOCATED WITHIN THE BUILDING ENVELOPE ON EACH LOT AS IDENTIFIED ON THE FINAL PLAT. 12. HISTORICAL DRAINAGE PATTERNS SHALL BE MAINTAINED ON THE PROPERTY.
