STATEMENT OF RESTRICTIONS ON SALE OR USE
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF the recording of a
subdivision plat of Rifle Service Park on even date herewith,
Pierre Barthelemy as owner thereof agrees not to convey or
permit occupancy of any of the lots in Rifle Service Park
except lots 3 and 7 until the public improvements described
in paragraph 1 of that certain Subdivision Improvements
Agreement for Rifle Service Park shall have been installed by
Pierre Barthelemy and inspected and approved by Garfield
County, and a Certificate of Compliance with said Subdivision
Improvements Agreement is issued by Garfield County.

correct the deficiencies noted by the County and upon
completion thereof the County will promptly reinspect the
same.
6. Approval of Final Plat. Upon the execution of
this Agreement and the deposit with the County of all
supporting documents, the approval of the County of the
Final Plat of Rifle Service Park shall be affixed to said
Final Plat.
7. Miscellaneous.
(a) This Agreement shall inure to and be binding
upon the successors and assigns of the Subdivider.
(b) The Subdivider shall have the right to sell,
transfer, assign and convey the improvements installed for
domestic water service and the improvements installed for
sanitary sewer service to a water and sanitation district
or a metropolitan district at such time as such district
has been established pursuant to the applicable statutes of
the State of Colorado.

than or equal to 14,000 gallons) alternatively through
Cottonwood Mobile Home Park, or the City of Rifle water
system, or using storage constructed by an elevated tank
constructed by Rifle Service Park
