• PARCEL A
A Parcel of Land situated in the SE1:.SE1/4 of Section 10, Township 6 South,
Range 93 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, County of Garfield, State of
Colorado, lying Northerly of the Northerly right -of --way of U. S. Highway
6 and 24, Westerly of the Fast Section Line of said Section , and Southerly
of the North line of said SE3/4SE1/4, is to be described as follows:
Beginning at a stone in place that monuments the Southeast Section corner of
said Section; thence North, 1320.00 feet to an iron bar in place that
monuments the Northeast corner of said SE4SE1/4, The True Point of Beginning;
thence South 800.06 feet along said Section line to a point on the Northerly
right-of-way of U.S. 6 and 24; thence S. 63°43' West, 1410.64 feet along
said right-of-way to a point on the Easterly right-of-way of a County Road
situated in said Section; thence N. 10°03' E. 89.35 feet along :said County
road right-of-way; thence N. 24°24' E. 806.61 feet along said County Road
right-of-way; thence North 604.83 feet to a point on the North line of
said SEI.:SEk; thence S. 89°50' E. 916.00 feet along said North line to the
True Point of Beginning. The described parcel contains 24.41acres, more or less.

A Parcel of land situated in the SE'.4SE1t of Section 10, Township 6 South,
Range 93 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, County of Garfield, State of
Colorado, lying Northerly of the Northerly right-o4,,,:way of U.S. Highway 6 and
24, Westerly of the East Section line of said Section, and Southerly of the
North line of Said SE zSE'z, is to be described as follows:
Beginning at a stone in place that monuments the Southeast Section Corner
of said Section; thence North, 1320.00 feet to an iron bar in place that
Monuments the Northeast corner of said SE1/4SE1, the True Point of Beginning;

A Parcel of land situated in the SE4SE1 of Section 10, Township 6 South,
Range 93 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, County of Garfield, State
of Colorado, lying Southerly of the North line of said SEkSE1/4, is to be
described as follows:
Beginning at a stone in place that monuments the Southeast Section corner of said
Section; thence North 1320.00 feet to an iron bar in place that monuments the
Northeast Corner of said SE14SE4 ; thence N. 89°50' W. 360.37 feet along the
North line of said SFF14SE1/4, to a rebar and cap in place, the True Point of
Beginning; thence S. 00°10' W. 450.00 feet; thence N. 89°50' W. 554,32 feet;
thence North 450.00 feet to a point on the North line of said SE 1/4SE1; thence,
S. 89°50' E. along the North line of said SE1/4SE4 to the True Point of
Beginning. The described parcel contains 5.73 acres, More or less.
The above described Parcel of land is subject to a 60 foot County Road
right-of-way as constructed, in place, and in use. Said Parcel of
land is also subject to a 30 foot Road Easement running from the
Easterly right-of-way line of said County Road, to the Easterly line
of described ParcelC

Basis of this survey was determined from the• !section Line between the
