Re: Carbondale Investments PUD/Preliminary Plan Amendment - Letter of Authorization
Dear Mr. Pesnichak,
I, Ted Skokos, Managing Member of Carbondale Investments, LLC ("CI") formed under the laws of Texas
with address of 5121 Park Lane, Dallas, TX 75220, hereby execute this Letter of Authorization
authorizing Carolynne White, Charles Smith, Caitlin Quander, and Wayne Forman, all attorneys at
Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP, to act on Cl's and my behalf for all matters related to the
processing, review, and approval of the PUD and Preliminary Plan Amendment Application recently filed
for Cl's property.
Neither Carolynne White, Charles Smith, Caitlin Quander, Wayne Forman, nor Brownstein Hyatt Farber
Schreck, LLP shall have any other or further authority to act on Cl's or my behalf nor any other or further
authority relative to Cl's property.
