Due to the fact that Lake Springs Ranch abandoned the concept of realigning County
Road 114 through their property, the Open Space Parcel C as depicted on the Spring
Valley Ranch Preliminary Plan was incorporated into Open Space Parcel A as shown
on the Spring Valley Ranch Final Plat, Phase I. Therefore the Spring Valley Ranch Final
Plat, Phase I depicts four Open Space Parcels as opposed to the five Open Space
Parcels as stated on the Development Phasing Schedule.
