NOTES:
All off-site, up -stream runoff is diverted
around this property by existing drainage
improvements for 1-70. Hwy 6&24 and
the railroad.
All storm drain inlets to be surrounded by
by 4"- 6" diameter stones extending
upstream -6'.
A State Construction Activity Permit will likely
be required for individual lot development.
Any Stormwater Management Plan required
by future lot development shall not compromise
this Erosion Control Plan.
Install all erosion protection devices per
CDOT 2002 'Erosion Control and Stormwater
Quality' publication and the Stormwater
Management Plan for this site.
CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE:
- Permanent BMP's are in place on site as
of 12/ 16/09.
- Road base to complete Bud's Way will
be installed between 30 & 60 days after
Final Plat approval.
- Construction on lots 2 thru 5 will begin
after a tenant(s) has been secured. No
tenants for these lots exist as of 12/ 16/ 09.
