D. 19 d 1 , there were present: Larry Velasquez Commissioner Chairman Flaven J. Cerise , Commissioner Eugene Drinnouse , Commissioner Earl G. Rhodes . County Attorney Leanne Cleland, Deputy when the following proceedings, among others were had and done, to -wit: RESOLUTION NO. 81-390 , Clerk of the Board RESOLUTION CONCERNED WITH THE APPROVAL OF A FINAL PLAT FOR WILLOW CREEK VILLAGE, FILING NO. 2. WHEREAS, Battlement Mesa, Inc. has filed an application with the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County for the approval of a final plat for the herein described property in the unincorporated area of Garfield County; and, WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by this Board on the 10th day of October, 1981; and, WHEREAS, based on the evidence, testimony, exhibits, study of the master plan for the unincorporated area of the county, comments of the Garfield County agencies, and comments from all interested parties, this Board finds as follows: 1. That proper posting, publication, and public notice was provided as required by law for the hearing before the Board. 2. That the hearing before the Board was extensive and complete, that all pertinent facts, matters, and issues were submitted and that all interested parties were heard at the hearing. 3. That the proposed subdivision of land is in compliance with the recommendations set forth in the master plan for the unincorporated area of the county. 4. That all data, survyes, analyses, studies, plans, and designs as are required by the State of Colorado and Garfield County have been submitted, reviewed, and found to meet all sound planning, and engineering requirements of the Garfield County Subdivision Regulations. 5. That the proposed subidivision of land conforms to the Garfield County Zoning Resolutions. 6. That for the above -stated and other reasons, the proposed subdivision is in the best interest of the health, safety, morals, convenience, order, prosperity, and welfare of the citizens of Garfield County. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Final Plat of Willow Creek Village, Filing No. 2 for the following described unincorporated area of Garfield County be approved: A parcel of land containing 38.411 acres situated in the NW1NW4 of Section 17 and the NE14 of Section 18, and the SW14SE4 of Section 7, T7S, R95W. of the Sixth Principal Meridian. AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following conditions shall be placed upon this approval: 1. No certificates of occupancy will be issued until the vacation of County Road 300 is complete.
