Plat Renaming Los Amigos Drive to Elk Springs Drive along with my transmittal letters dated May
7, 2002 and October 19, 2001. I hope this will help in your attempt to locate the fully executed
mylar. Please let me know as soon as possible if you are unsuccessful in your search so that I can
arrange to have another mylar delivered to your office.

fee and $40.00 for the County Surveyor's review of this amended plat.
Please schedule to have this Plat before the Garfield County Commissioners as soon as
possible and let me know when you have scheduled a date so that I can attend the meeting.
