Fax (303) 945-5948 4 CONSULTING ENGINEERS & SURVEYORS/ October 30, 1990 Mr. Mark Bean, Planning Director Garfield County Building, Sanitation and Planning Department 109 Eighth Street, Suite 303 Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 RE: Los Amigos Ranch Amended Final Plat, Subdivision II, Filing 1 Dear Mark: Please find attached hereto a preliminary drawing representing proposed amendments to the above -referenced Final Plat document. The amendments are proposed to accomplish the following: 1. Increase the size of Lot 10 by modifying the east boundary and eliminating a proposed future road right-of-way. The east boundary was originally plotted to permit access to a future filing of Subdivision II. Based on recent field investigation, it has been determined that the proposed alignment will not work as intended in the field and, therefore, is not proposed to be used in the future. It is felt that Lot 10 can be greatly enhanced by increasing the lot size with the lot boundary adjustment as shown on the sketch. The additional acreage required to both increase the size of Lot 10 will come from currently unplatted portions of Los Amigols Ranch property. We would ask that the County planning staff review this request so we might proceed as necessary. Thank you in advance for your review of this request.
