AND 2009 INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE (I.E.C.C.) 2) SEE PLAN ATTACHMENTS FOR GARFIELD COUNTY'S BUILDING REQUIREMENTS. 3) OPEN -HOLE SOILS REPORT REQUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION TO VERIFY 2500 PSF. 4) PROVIDE A LOT IMPROVEMENT SURVEY AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY THAT THE STRUCTURE - INCLUDING ALL ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS & PROJECTIONS - IS FULLY CONTAINED WITHIN THE PLATTED BUILDING ENVELOPE. 5) ALL RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURES IN ROARING FORK PRESERVE REQUIRE INSTALLATION OF A RESIDENTIAL FIRE -SPRINKLER SYSTEM. PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION, CONTACT LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT TO VERIFY ALL PERTINENT REQUIREMENTS & COORDINATE INSPECTIONS. SIGN -OFF & APPROVAL BY LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. 6) ON-SITE WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM TO BE INSPECTED BY A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER LICENSED IN THE STATE OF COLORADO. PROVIDE ENGINEER'S FINAL REPORT PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. 7) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
