CRMS Remodel
1. All work to comply with 2015 IBC, IEBC, IMC, IPC, IFGC, 2009 IECC and 2009 IFC.
2. Fire alarm system is required in the structure. Verify system design with fire district.
3. Fire District to do all alarm inspections and approvals. Final inspection by fire district required
for all IFC requirements prior to county final inspection.
4. Structural engineer to inspect and provide inspection letter for all new structural elements and
to verify (visual inspection) existing structure design is adequate.
5. Verify accessibility of parking and access to building exist prior to final inspection.
6. Verify Smoke and Carbon Monoxide exist in R-3 occupancy prior to final inspection.
7. State Electrical Inspector to inspect all electrical. Final inspection by inspector required prior to
county final.
8. Letter or sealed plans required to verify mechanical and electrical were designed by a Colorado
engineer prior to construction.
