SOILS ENGINEER OF RECORD TO BE PRESENT AT JOB SITE DURING PIER DRILLING TO VERIFY THAT BEARING STRATA HAS BEEN REACHED AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS CONTAINED IN THESE REPORTS ARE MET. PROVIDE SOILS ENGINEER'S SEALED APPROVAL REPORT FOR CONCRETE PIER FOOTINGS AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION. 4) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
