After looking over our own building permit records again (with assistance from the previous building permit number shown on the plan you sent over) this information appears to match up with our own records. As a result, we no longer have a need for the "Ag Employee Housing Affidavit" as described in my previous email. I hope to finalize my review of this project by the end of the day, and the contractor should be receiving a call by Monday at the latest with instructions about picking up the building permit from our office. Thanks again for your help in clarifying occupancy/use of the existing steel building. Attached is an as built sketch of the structure with the uses identified from the Garfield County building department records. Please give me a call if there is a discrepancy with your records, as the existing metal structure will not be used for agricultural employes housing. In order for us to approve this new S.F. residence, we will first need to receive a completed ???Agricultural Employee Affidavit for Employee Housing??? documenting use of the residential unit already located on this property at the existing steel building otherwise used as warehouse/garage/shop. Because ownership of this property has recently changed hands, we require that this form be completed and submitted for Garfield County???s records. Please have your client fill in the attached PDF document with original & witness signatures, scan the completed document and return to our office at your earliest convenience, as this is the only remaining item to be addressed prior to release of the building permit. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Dave Argo Plans Examiner 2 t W it3 a I1 • U.) ▪ o i '"-d ,9 .+..V2147,17\ -3 Ler (MO( 4 61.
