1) ALL WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH THE 2015 INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTIAL CODE (I.R.C.)
AND 2009 INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE (I.E.C.C.)
2) SEE PLAN ATTACHMENTS FOR GARFIELD COUNTY'S BUILDING REQUIREMENTS.
3) OPEN -HOLE SOILS REPORT REQUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION TO VERIFY 2000 P.S.F.
4) STRUCTURAL DESIGN SHALL MEET 50 P.S.F. SNOW LOAD REQUIREMENT.
5) ALL RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURES IN PANORAMA RESERVE REQUIRE INSTALLATION OF A
RESIDENTIAL FIRE -SPRINKLER SYSTEM. PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION, CONTACT THE LOCAL
FIRE DISTRICT TO VERIFY ALL PERTINENT REQUIREMENTS & COORDINATE INSPECTIONS.
SIGN -OFF & APPROVAL BY LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING
INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
6) ON-SITE WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM TO BE INSPECTED BY A PROFESSIONAL
ENGINEER LICENSED IN THE STATE OF COLORADO. PROVIDE ENGINEER'S FINAL REPORT
PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
7) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD.
ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL
FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
