By allowing this time extension the Service Association consented to you obtaining a C.O. and occupying the home on the specific condition that you fully complete the construction of the garage within 30 days following issuance of the C.O. on the home by the Garfield County Building Department. I contacted the Building Department and was informed that you received your C.O. on November 18, 1996. You are now 21 days past the time frame you were given to fully complete your garage and are in violation of Section 8.8 or the Association's Protective Covenants. The Service Association will grant you an additional ten (10) days from the date of this letter to complete your garage. If it is not completed within chat time period you may be subject to a hearing, fines or potential legal action initiated against you by the Battlement Mesa Service Association.
