FINNBARR FARM FROI4 P.U.D. TO A/R/RD. WHEREAS, oD November 5, 1979, the Board of County Conunis- sj-oners for Garfield County adopted Resolution #79-L36 which aporoveda zone chanqe for certain propertlT located j.n GarfielC County fromI\gricultural/Residential/Rural Densi-ty to Planneo Unit Development . WHEREAS, said Resolution at. paragraph 2 (b) required tha.t 25 percent of the singl-e-family resicieni:iai lots within the PlanneciUnit Development be submitted for final plat within 12 months of the date of the approval of Resolut.ion #79-136; WHEREAS, the County Commissioners have granted one extension as to this time limi-tation; WHEREAST on November 2, 1981, the County Commissionets denied a second request for an extension of time, :ln which to submita final plat; WHEREAS, the or-iginal Resolutj-on #79-1-16 set forth a procedure by which the property could be rezoned to Aqricultural/ Residential/Rura1 Density from Planned Unit Development; WHEREAST orl January 18, 1982, dt 9:00 a.m., a public hearrng was held before the Board of County Conrmissioners for Garfi e1o Countirin regards to this matter.
