The project proposes to construct a reception center for events serving up to 300 people. The project is located in Peach Valley, to the east of Silt and to the west of New Castle, at345 Mid Valley Lane. No site grading or drainage improvements are anticipated as part of the proposed remodeling of the structures. On 'Wednesday June 14, 2017 , the existing site drainage was reviewed. The site seems to have gentle sloping grades that drain generally to the southwest. No areas of ponding water were observed. Existing grading and drainage appears to be functioning adequately. The conclusions and opinions that are expressed above are based on the information available at the time of preparation of this letter.
