Mobil Oil Corporation, a New York corporation, of P. 0. Box 26683, Richmond,
Virginia 23261, Grantor, for the consideration of ten dollars and other good
and valuable consideration, in hand paid, hereby sells, conveys, and
quitclaims to Scott W. Brynildson and Linda S. Brynildson, of 1831 Railroad
Avenue-, Rifle, Colorado 8-1650, as joint tenants, Grantee, all of -Grantor's
right, title and interest in and to the following real property in the County
of Garfield, State of Colorado, to wit:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Together with all of Grantor's right, title and interest in and to all
irrigation water, ditch and drainage rights used thereon or appurtenant
thereto, and buildings and improvements of Grantor located thereon and
easements used thereon or appurtenant thereto, and all other
appurtenances thereto, if any;
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING unto Grantor, its successors and assigns, the
minerals and mineral rights, not limited to but including oil shale,
kerogen, shale oil, coal, oil, gas, fissionable material and all other
minerals of any kind or nature, whether similar or dissimilar, owned by
Grantor and contained in, on or underlying said real property, if any,
together with the right to enter thereon for the purpose of drilling for
or mining (by underground or surface methods) and removing any and all
said minerals and materials, and the right to use so much of the surface
thereof as may be necessary for such purposes, provided the owner of the
surface is reasonably compensated for any damage thereto.
THIS CONVEYANCE IS MADE WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND AND
WITHOUT WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION OF TITLE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED EXCEPT GRANTOR
WARRANTS AGAINST THE CLAIMS OF PERSONS OR ENTITIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH OR
UNDER THE AFFIRMATIVE ACTS OF GRANTOR.
This conveyance is made subject to any and all taxes, assessments,
reservations, liens, easements, burdens, royalties, exceptions, rights-of-way,
encumbrances, roads, ditches, utility lines, and restrictions which may still
be in full force and effect, which are of record, or which an inspection of
the above described real property would reveal.

Sec. 20: All that part lying westerly of County Road No. 315 as it

Sec. 29: All that part of the N1/2 and the NW1/4SE1/4 lying westerly
of County Road 315 as it now exists;
Except atract of land- described- as follows: Beginning at
the Southwest corner of the NW1/4SE1/4 of Sec. 29, thence
running North 988.5 ft. to the middle of the creek; thence
East in the bed of the creek at right angles 100 ft.; thence
following the center of the bed of the creek in a
southeasterly direction approximately 525 ft.; thence South
